You can return full price merchandise within 60 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number.
All Closeout Item Sales are final! With these items, there are no returns, only exchanges.

If you need a different size in the same garment, we will exchange the garments for you at no charge.
If you decide you want a different color, different design on your MSC merchandise or simply want a refund, we only ask that you pay the flat rate shipping rate to return the items.

If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Mojo Sportswear Company that were not purchased from www.mojosportswearcompany.com cannot be processed. If you purchased a Mojo Sportswear Company product from one of our retail partners, please return the item to the store of purchase for assistance.
How can I exchange?
Exchanges can be made within 60 days of the invoice date. Exchange items must be unworn; in original condition with tags attached. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs.
If you are exchanging an item for something different than what was ordered, please indicate your preferred item on the merchandise return form that came with your shipment. A return shipping charge will be charged to your credit card if our return shipping label is used.
What if my shipment is damaged?
We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
