At Mojo Sportswear Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, returns can be made by shipping your item(s) back to Mojo Sportswear Company. We will exchange or give you credit for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn.
We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible and ask that your returns are handled as we describe.
Full price merchandise may be returned within 60 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. Your credit card account will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s).
It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at www.mojosportswearcompany.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Mojo Sportswear Company that were not purchased fromwww.mojosportswearcompany.comcannot be processed.
When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
Exchanges can be made within 60 days of the invoice date. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment:
We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
All Other Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item for something different than what was ordered, please indicate your preferred item on the merchandise return form that came with your shipment. A return shipping charge of $7.50 will be charged to your credit card if our return shipping label is used. You will NOT be charged freight to ship your replacement item.
